Participants will be able to:

  • Identify ways to integrate sexual rights into program and lesson planning and explore how feedback and assessment are important in promoting sexual rights and justice in sexuality education.
  • Describe how promoting sexual rights and social justice can vary in the delivery of sexuality education and discuss how personal bias and professional ethics impact one’s philosophical approach.

  • Demonstrate an ability to assess inclusion and bias in sexual rights advocacy and sexuality education and identify steps to increase inclusive sexual rights advocacy and sexuality education.



This program meets the requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and is approved for 4.5 CE credits and is considered synchronous learning if in attendance to the live webinar. Participants will be expected to complete a post webinar assignment as part of the completion of the 4.5 AASECT CE's. These CE credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification through the Sexuality Training Institute.
