At the end of this session, participants will be able to:


1. Participants will be given examples of problematic messaging regarding sexual autonomy and consent within christian marriage texts


2. Participants will examine challenges that clients identifying as Christian may bring to the counseling room when discussing sexuality


3. Participants will gain a better understanding of how to help clients address, acknowledge, validate and reshape sexual narratives that have been harmful
